 VM Manager is responsible for Planning, implementing and maintaining visual standards across our network of boutiques and showrooms as per the approved budgets to enhance our business growth and recognition.




  • Support the Marketing & Brand Managers to implement visual directives across all boutiques and showrooms.
  • Create visually exciting installations & seasonal schemes in-line with buying/Marketing direction.
  • Drive Improvement in VM standards across all stores, working cross functionally across the business.
  • Build strong relationships with the Boutique and retail teams in order to ensure visual standards are maintained at all times.
  • Conduct store visits to monitor visual standards and carry out display rotations where required.
  • Plan and implement the seasonal changeover of window schemes in coordination with the VM team
  • Organise the  VM tools wherever required
  • Seasonal window décor planning for all categories; liaising with design team and local suppliers.
  • Create a welcoming in-store experience across multiple markets 
  • Create visual displays in stores that are appealing to local customers 
  • Partner with brand teams to create market specific features to help remain relevant in local markets.



 Receive direct supervision from Head of Sales and Marketing.





Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • Previous Visual Merchandising experience within a multi-category luxury fashion house.
  • Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong visual sense and sound  knowledge of fashion and trends
  • Knowledge of window décor designs and illustrations
  • Knowledge of Illustrator, PowerPoint and Excel


 Experience & Education


 Work Experience of 5-8years in Kuwait with a reputed Retail company


 A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing/Business Management or related fields.
