Job Title Bilingual Training Officer

Training Officer will be responsible to educate the Sales teams using various methods, like coaching, seminars and interactive activities, imparting product knowledge through presentation and persuasion techniques to new hires, simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps.

·         Designing and executing orientation programs for sales teams across levels

·         Planning and Conducting onboarding training sessions for new hires

·         Plan and prepare the training calendar for the year in line with the Training Manager

·         Updating & maintaining the reports of the attendees for all the training sessions conducted on a monthly basis

·         Identify areas of improvement & determine training needs both for individuals and teams based on the feedback from the showrooms.

·         Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material

·         Position Summary: In-store coaching and simulating sales scenarios that cover knowledge gaps

·         Ultimately, you will make sure our teams develop their sales skills and product knowledge, provide excellent customer service and represent our brand in the best possible way.




Receives general supervision from the Training Manager .



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         Availability to travel and visit our retail stores, as needed for Kuwait , UAE,KSA & Bahrain

·         Ability to manage the full training cycle

·         Excellent presentation skills

·         Bilingual (English-Arabic) + holding Kuwaiti Driving License

·         Ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets



Education & Experience

·         BSc/BA degree in Education/ Human Resources /Mass Communication or relevant field

·         Additional certification in training is a plus

·         Work experience  of two to three years as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
